Our Mission

IES seeks to improve the lighted environment by bringing together those with lighting knowledge and by translating that knowledge into actions that benefit the public.  We will strive to create a premier lighting community dedicated to promoting the art and science of quality lighting.

As a section of IES we are dedicated to uphold the mission values and assist local members, professionals and public in the understanding of lighting practices, technology and sustainable lighting design.

Organization Profile

The Milwaukee Section of IES strives to provide lighting design guidance to designers, municipalities and building owners through monthly presentations open to anyone who may be interested.  View our meeting lists to find out more information.
